US 525iT's had 4 speed autos, not the 5 speed autos like the rest of the world apparently got.
Actually I think the only 5 speed auto sold in the US was the 540's.

That's what I thought as well, but further up this thread its mentioned that the US did get 5 speeds but as GM builds rather than ZF.Originally Posted by bubba966
