Loooong trip

It's been quite a while since I've actually asked a question on here, but anyways, this summer I will be returning to the US and making a long trip. Leaving from Philly then WI --> OR --> CA --> FL then back to WI or PA(8000 miles!). I know to look over all of the cooling system and vacuum hoses, but what parts of the drivetrain should be carefully looked at before venturing out?
My car currently has 210k miles and runs smooth and strong, replaced the control arms and related things recently, and has a new driveshaft.

My car will also be getting a major refreshmen going on as soon as I get home. the Rieger M5 front end, AC Schnitzer side skirts and rear, smilies, and haven't decided yet on what wheels, I'm torn between the 17" 5-spoke 540 sport wheels, the ones like the M5, but with 5 less spokes, some E39 M5 replicas, Borbet type C's and a few other choices.
