Although I really don't care for the Alpina Pinstripes down the sides, the rest of it is awesome.

    Enjoy,

    Default Some corrections though...

The ad states on EBay that the car is not able to be brought into the US legally through a purchase. But one can buy the car, register it in Canada and keep it on insurance there for three months or more and then one can just drive it across the border and have it reregistered here in the US. This is what I did with my old Canada spec Civic SI years ago. As long as you have owned and insured the car outside the US in your name, you can drive it across the border and have your state pass it without any long process to replace all the speedos and such. The guy who bought my Canadian Civic here in Illinois loved the car for that reason-he had soemthing no one else had. Anyone want to give it a try-too far for me but it is tempting!

u'd need a residence in canada to register it though, and inspect it and stuff...
and not having the car for 3 months would be a hassle....

i think u can bring it to the usa as a race only vehicle correct? no street registration...

Default There are hundreds of importers in the USA

Coming in from Canada is easier than from Europe, IIRC. Tack on $3k - $5k to get the qualifications done.
