vibration on my 91 535i

I recently reinstalled my trans. after getting it rebuilt. Now ive got a vibration problem between 5-25 mph. I had to remove the carrier bearing on the driveshaft. I was told this might be the problem. it looked fine when i reinstalled it and i was sure to line it back up. to recheck it i need to remove my exhaust and everything again so i want to be sure thats the problem. Any info on what i could be dealing with would be helpful. THANKS.

I guess no one has any ideas on this. Ill just rip out the exhaust and shielding again in my driveway. Oh what fun.
