    Default E34 handling differences

What would be the difference in the handling or ride quality of a stock M5 and say a 535 with the Sachs kit or H&R/ Bilstein type of set up?

    Wow tough question...
your gonna need the M-tech sway's and new lemforder control arms & dogbones with the Sachs kit to even to play...
remember Horsepower can get you in trouble, but it can also get you out of it too

handling does not go hand in hand with weight.
