I hate these wheels on hers, and I was thinking about using them as a snow set.
And yes, it's a 540.
Otherwise they'll have to go on my wife's.

I've never heard of E39 Throwing Stars.
1995 540iA M-Sport - 76k miles. 1 of 1 auto AW3 cars.
1995 540i/6 - Misc Parts donor for above.
I should rephrase that. My indy bought an e39 m5 for his lot, and it has throwing stars on it. I think they're 17's. He wants to put M parallels on it for a resale. The tstars are available.

...because the wheel hub on e34 is 72.5mm diam. and 74mm on e39. But even if the wheels have been machined, they should still fit on the e34 with centering rings.
I wonder how they got them on the M5. I'm going over there now, so I'll get the scoop.

Follow up. They were rondell 67's. Sergey's not so hot on details. They do look vaguely like the t-stars. Nice, but not going to work for me. And they were 18's, and I dont want to go down that bumpy road again. Too firm a feel for the wife, and too easy to bend.

Yes 540it,
and yes, as far I know, they still dont make them. They'd sure look good though.

here they are, lifted from a wheel site. Option I guess, cause I've never really seen 'em on an e39.
