Default was playing with OBC Timer and found "Heat On" what is this?

My car is a 1990 so I didn't think it had parked ventilation, but today as i was driving to play some disc golf. I fumbled around and found the message "Heat Off" on the OBC Display, and i hit S/R button and it went "Heat On" and the vents kicked on but then i lost it and couldnt pull it up again

    What is this??
    Thanks in advance im clueless

Ok to be more specific -

when this option came up, both the Timer LED, and the ARR LED next to it were flashing -

    is anybody familiar with this?
Im having a hell of a time getting it to do it again ((

I've read the manual section quite a few times and apparently if it has a Stopwatch it doesnt have the Ventilaction circuit.. BUT I know I activated it once going down the road
I guess it was just a fluke.. sure wish i would have left it turned on when i had the chance
