    Default E.A.T. Chip & Mileage

I recently replaced a Dinan chip with an E.A.T. chip in my 1990 535a. Not only did I get a more balanced power band (Dinan was most noticed at higher rpm) but my mileage increased. The Dinan yielded 16 - 17 mpg city and about 20 mpg highway. The E.A.T. chip is giving 17 - 19 mpg city and +/- 25 mpg highway. Thanks Mark!

I had similar results with mine, better performance and mileage. Sure makes paying for that premium gas easier to take! Have you tried different octane than 91+? We can get 87, 90, and 92 here. My 535 seems to run fine even on the 90 octane, but I do tend to mix with 92 or just fill with 92 anyway.
