Cd changer compatibility

Hi guys

Would the following cd changer work in my 540iA with purchase of a 14 pin din cable converter to m-bus.

ETK has this cd cahnger part number(058) for my car but the connector at the back of the changer is not the same as the one in my car(round one)

dont have cd in head unit but only have a cd changer that I need to replace. Skipping too much and works intermitently.
