M60 Injectors

Hi to everyone

Just removed the sound insulator on my 540i to check something and I managed to check the injectors.

They have the following numbers on them-174706 and 03763EA They have a red strip on them.

Do you guys know if they are stock injectors cause the previous owner changed the injectors and I wanted to know if he used stock one for replacement.
