Just use the floor jack to raise the car high enough to work under and support it securely with jack stands, Then take a wide block of wood and place it between the transmission pan and the floor jack so that you can just raise the transmission a little bit without crushing or denting the pan, once you just take the load off the transmission , raising it maybe a half an inch, 12 millimeters,, then you unbolt the rear transmission mounts and install the new ones. Very easy and cheap.
