e34 Transmission Issues

Then I would disco the battery, touch the leads together and reset the tranny computer. There is a shift memory procedure, but I don't have a link to it.

what are the leads?

Yeah - how does one reset the tranny computer on these cars?!?!! Lowell

Tim - I've got NO reverse on my 4hp-22. All forward gears seem fine. How do I check the speed sensor(s) and solenoids? thanks....LOWELL
