Just got the tranny flushed and NEED HELP SOLVING PROBLEMS

Hello, I recently (today) got my transmission flushed (119k) for the first time with royal purple. There was quite a few pieces of metal noted in the pan. On top of that I was having some small problems earlier etc. and thought maybe it would fix it (hesitant to go until I gave it gas then it popped into gear and went foward/ low fluid symptoms). Well I am not having those problems anymore.

New Problem:
I turn on the car put it into drive and everything is fine. Start going drives nice and smooth no problems. Driving city to access road (low gears) fine. I get on the highway picking up speed and I get the trans prog message. It puts me into limp mode and I am stuck in third. !!!! I just had $750 worth of work done (v/c gasket replaced, belts replaced, flex disc replaced, tranny flush w/ royal purple). Did I kill the tranny or is it something simple? I did the shogun battery reset and it still does it. I havent been in 4th gear since I got the car back.
