    Default Headliner wett

I have had 3 instances where it has rained so bad that water has creeped into the car via the sunroof and soaked the headliner and dripped onto the seats. I have a manual and have searched the forum but can not find out what I need to do (besides remove the headliner on the sunroof) to find those drain hoses.

I could not see them last time I adjusted the roof. Someone please advise. I have the Bentley manual. No mention of the drain hoses there.

    Thanks,

    Ralf

The front drains are accessible with the sunroof slid open, no need to remove the lining. They are holes about 5mm diameter in each of the lower front corners of the roof channel. You can blow some compressed air down them or use a guitar steel string to get down to unclear a blockage. Pour a 100ml or so of water down each drain to test the flow of the drain. The water should pour out freely and quickly from behind the front wheels.
