a statement like this generally means it's absolute ********,

"Q: How is this powered? Electrical or belt?

A: Neither, our product works independently from your engine, the unit is placed directly into your intake"

if there is no means to compress air in quanitys over and above the air allready drawn into the engine it's most likely a restriction, sorta like those marine bilge blowers that are billed as electric superchargers

nitrous is about the cheepest way to get there, till something malfunctions and melts a piston, most cheep n02 systems are for wet flow intake manifolds (like a carb or tbi set up) a correct system for a bimmers dry flow intake would have nozzles in each runner of the intake supplying fuel and n02 at the proper mixture, 70 hp wouldn't be too hard but would probably cost over $500, can't say how long the motor/driveline would last, it might not mind too much or it may cough up the head gasket on the first squease

    Default This is more realistic

If you see an offer for $ 450,-- + 95 more HP, you should forget about it.
Better have a look on this offer for the MAF improvement.

Q: How is this powered? Electrical or belt?

A: Neither, our product works independently from your engine, the unit is placed directly into your intake accelerating the airflow through out , allowing nearly full combustion and better fuel distribution. Giving you the boost you need. Depending on which stage you get, the more hp you need , the more power the unit will output
