    Default Dick if you have Photoshop or similar program...

    ...if they are digital pics - reduce the image size to 6"-8" wide at 72dpi and save them as .jpg's of the lowest quality range - this should get them below 40kb file size, and then you can simply post them on this forum as attachments the same as you would in an email
