I want to buy a amp for my e34 will it help with the sound

i changed the cassett player to a blaupunkt cd player and i got the 3way baupunkt speakers in the front and the stock pioneere in the back. I was wondering if i change the stock amp will it help the sound quality. Will it help allot of some what ok.

yes it will help but watch your wiring keep it away from power wires and use the largest gauge wire you can.
