Default Whats a fair asking price ?

Hey fellas, i have an 89 535i manual trans with 170k, id like to know what to ask for this beast, im a tech at the dealer and absolutely everything has been replaced with only factory parts, the items listed bellow have less than
5,000 miles on them, thanks for your help

-New headgasket, valve job, seals, guides, accentrics
-Cap & rotor, plugs, fuel filter
    -O2 sensor
    -Radiator
    -All coolant hoses
    -Belts
-Brembo drilled rotors with factory pads, new sensors
-Thrust arm bushings, green ones from 850
-Coolant flush, brake flush, trans & diff fluid replacement
-Continental ContiSportContact, 245/40ZR17, less than 3,000 miles, alignment
-Dinan muffler with new hangers, i straight piped it from the cat into the Dinan muffler, awsome sound
    -New roundels, front and rear
-Wiper inserts bla bla bla plus a ton of other little knick knacks

    Vehicle has
    -EAT chip
-Angel eyes, installed in the headlights
    -Stainless steel brake lines
-BBS 17's deep dish, polished lip wheels
Car runs super strong with no know problems, interior is very clean, headliner in the back sags a bit, paint & body are good, car does have freeway rock chips in front though

I'd pay ~7k, depending on the paint condition. It's had a lot of expensive stuff done to it, and put on it, recently, which I would consider. Some people wouldn't, however.

If you still got the stock parts, you will probably make more money by selling off the aftermarket parts seperatly.

I just picked up a 90 535 5-speed, 132k always kept in the garage, well maintained. 255/50r16 Bridgestone pontenza RE940 on basket weave wheels, with a few other upgrades, And it drives great. For $4800.
