My neighbor / best friend's dad has a 355 F1 and was looking at the Carrera GT as a replacement... however, he test drove one of his friends CGT's and said it was a very unbalanced car. Granted, the dampening, rebound, etc, are all adjustable by the owner of the car, so it was probably dialed in to that owners liking, but he said that the car lacked certainty in turns that is 355 had.
