Can anyone recommend a glass shop in Toronto / Buffalo / Niagra that knows what they're doing with the E34 windshield?

I'm looking for a shop that can supply and install an aftermarket windshield at a good price. I've heard horror stories about wind noise and water leakage and so I want to be sure I only do it once.

Should I use the generic gasket (anyone have pics?), should I order all new moldings, seals, etc?, or should I re-use existing parts?
