I recently installed Ireland's 284 regrind cam for the m30. Haven't been back to the dyno since, but it seems to pull well. The price is very attractive.

Hi folks
My mechanic tells me it is time at 155k miles to replace the cam. Can anyone in the UK recommend a make of kit that they were please with - or do I go to the dealer and order all original parts?
Cam, rocker shafts, followers I assume?
Many thanks for anyone's views.
