I'm getting ready to do the entire steering link thing on my 540.
I have the tie rod puller. Does anyone have any tricks, hints or tips from prior experience? Bruno's site makes it look pretty straightforward.

I think if you have the puller it is pretty straight forward.... unbolt the bolts and pull the tie rods with the tie rod puller.
I've been up under there without a tie rod puller, and it isn't an easy task without the puller.

Thanks, Phil. I've got the puller.

I didn't have a puller, just used a pickle fork. Wasn't that tough, took maybe 20 minutes to remove everything. (Tie rods and center link)
I'm armed to the teeth! Just snagged a compressor w/ air hammer/pickle fork.
