I have the same with ignition position 2, plus 'see owners manual' followed by 'catalysator'. Then it goes off after the 'bong'. (maybe this is because I have a japanese version. Could be different by country depending on local specs, same like the stomp test is only required in USA)
Have it since years and no problem. Checked with my dealer here in japan, he says it's normal, just a checking function of the systems.
Used the PEAKE last weekend, did not find any faults.
So should be o.k.
Machine runs smooth.
