replace lense or entire fogs?

i have a 91 535i with usa non projector
fogs (cracked of course)

need to know if i can just get lenses or do i need
to buy the entire fog assembly...

anyone know?

also what is better - the usa ellipsoid fogs or the
regular ones?

I got a set of elipsoids of ebay for 106 bux, very meaty compared to the stocker cracked fogs and from what people have posted the elipsoids are driving lights which will brighten the night.

The stockers all come with cracks I think from the factory, let me guess the driver side right? If not then you can probably get the passanger side all day long. I have "one"...lol

I need a passanger side lens (light still works tho :thumb up: ), I'll check the ETK if the lens is just replaceable when I get home.

Same here, need pass. side. The ellipsoid only come as aftermarket? I wonder if the lenses are glass? I'd bet they're plastic.
