    Default Replacing side marker bulbs

    Hi,
None of the four side marker lights work on my '90 535i. Replace the bulbs you say? Well, I replaced them on my '89, and 3 of the four lights did not go back in as tightly as they should have. In the owner's manual it just says to use a screwdiver to pry them out, but again, they don't go back in well. I took the left front out of the 90, replaced the bulb (still doesn't work by the way, and of course, it is not in way it should be. I am reluctant to try to replace the other three as I hate when they don't go back in tightly, but I would like the llights to work. anyone have a similar problem and find a solution?
    Thanks,
    - Hal

the guy who owned the car before me seems to have used glue on one of them!
I also hate the way they don't snap in, but short of buying new..... glue??!!!!!
