wide grill

hi, i'm Pablo from Argentina and i wanna know if its possible to change the grill that my 520i 1989 has, for the wide one. Will it fit correctly? What else should i change? (apart from modifing the hood and the black plastics that sorround the front lights)? Do i really need to change or modify the hood?
If you have some pics, can you show them to me.

Hi Pablo,
The only things you need to buy are the hood, wide kidney grille and the plastic surrounds around the headlights. All of these things are simple bolt off and bolt on. There are no modifications that need to be made to any of the pieces for them to fit. Hope this helps.

Pablo, any 530i or 540i and, I believe 1994/5 525i's all have the wide grill. You don't "have" to change the hood, but as you can see on the pic of my car below, the ridge line on a narrow grill car's hood would not line up above the edge of the wider grill. If you can live with that, I think you just need the grill and the headlight surrounds.
