Default Touring owners, help please . . .

While washing the car today, I managed to break off the end of the rear wiper arm. (I guess it's better than breaking the rear window ...) The end piece is plastic, and appeared to have a part number on it, but the number was unreadable. Can someone look at the plastic part of their rear wiper arm & see whether there is a part no. on it? Thanks in advance!

    Hey Drew,

When I looked it up on the ETK, the rear wiper arm was all one piece, there wasn't a seperate end plastic piece. The part number for the whole arm was 61-62-8-359-055.

The front drivers wiper did show a small end piece, called an adapter. Look at the front drivers side wiper and see if it is the same piece that broke. If it is, the part number is 61-61-1379-509.

Sorry it's not much help, but it looks like you're short on touring owners today..=)

that part comes with most replacement blade assemblies, pick up a new one and you will be fine.

    Default ETK pic

Thanks for the efforts. Here's a better description of what I'm looking for. The ETK shows that it's all one piece, but it really looks like 2 pieces in reality. Hopefully, the end piece has a separate pn (and is cheap . . .

I did the same thing shutting the window in the cold. Part number 61 62 8 359 055. Paid about 36$ at the dealer.

New from dealer for me too.

Did anyone else get a nice stab wound in the palm of their hand too? It's funny, I figured the new arm with nice tight spring would be able to wipe clean the rear window, but still get streak arcs near the tip of the new blade.
