Don't know whether this is good or bad guess it depends on your view point. Am 70 and have had my E-34 for 6 years. Plan to keep it for another few years,or till I can't drive anymore....or perhaps a Cooper S. One never knows.

27, i rebuilt my 535ia from a dash fire between xmas and new years now 2 years 6 months and 21k miles ago. i bought my 325ism as a flood car (insurance scam, it was hosed) 70k miles ago i can't remember how long ago, 5-6 years if i had to guess

47 years old (I still don't believe it) had my current toy for 16 months. The E30 was an amazing machine, E28 was going to take some beating, E34 as you age you feel you need more refinement in you life (yeah, that's why I got a V8), will probably skip the E39, E60 has possibilities.
