if I was you,
I would stick to an E34 rear end and fron a 6 cyl car or 530 only. you may also have to change the input flanges but thats a lot better than swapping innerds out on these "tiny" ring and pinions.

i've rebuilt a transmission before so im not worried about doing the work. I really wasn't looking for a lsd, but I stumbled across one for really cheap and figured what they hell. Im not gonna worry about it if its gonna take swappin inerts out cause it isn't too important to me right now.
