Geez, there's a spot Mississauga that would have it, but that's far. Why are you using such 0-40W anyway? That's quite a viscosity spread.....

this is said to resolve the clacking lifters during initial start. everyone has recomended, therefore i thought i would try it out.
sometimes in the morning.....all the time during the winter mornings. My recomended aproach was to replace the oil pump and screen. I read through forums and noticed a lot of people had this "clack" issue. when they switched to 0W40, the problem went away. This to me seems like a bandaid solution since Bently does not recomend runing this wide a range of viscosity,....but whatever works i guess. it's cheaper to change the oil and filter than to change the oil pump...for people not familiar with the E36, one side of the M50 Engine needs to be lifted to remove the oil pan. what a fun weekend that would be Aye![]()
comes in 2 sizes. Box of 6x1Liter jugs or a 208 Liter Drum. I decided to go with the box of 6at $58.40 can. i can post my results once i try this out....... if anyone is interested
