Hey all!
Does anyone know what takes to replace the 94 530i m60 motor and auto tranny to 4 litre M60 with a stick?

Due to my negligence, I have an overheated motor, and I am thinking what would be the best option, to upgrade or repair.
Any help would be greatly appretiated.
