I would like to replace my wood T-handle with something different - like a single wood knob. Jist to be obvious, my 95 525i is an automatic. What are my alternatives, if any?
Thanks,

The t-bar handle on my needs replacing - it's some sort of plastic thingy and I wouldn't mind getting a wooden handle along with the wooden surround - does any of the Aussie forum members know of any places here in Oz that have them?

Thanks for the link. However it looks like several ideas on what to do replace the shift knob on my 95 525i atuomatic. I am still in teh research stage of this potential project.
Has anyone written up on the exact parts needed, procedure and best source for the parts? I would prefer bolt on BMW parts that did not need to be modified. I would hate to order parts, take it apart and find that I had the wrong part(s) or need to have something modified as my 525i is a daily driver.
Thanks for any advice.
