Erratic blinkers

Hi all,

Any ideas as to what could be causing the blinker (indicator) lights on the dash to flash on and off at odd times (including the hazard light indicator)? It's only started today on a relatively long drive - as I was doing 60mph at the time I have no idea if the blinkers actually operated.

A similar thing happened to me. It was a broken blinker relay- see photo. I replaced it and it is now o.k. (in Australia it was $30 from a wrecker)
