can someone help me with
being able to identifing these parts rear pitman arm, trailing arm connecting link. are they the same. thanks. And also what parts wear out on the back suspention.

The trailing arm is the triangle shaped swingarm- A rear wheel hub and shock mount to it, effectively.
The pitman arms are the little dogbone shaped guys.

There's a good chance that the 'Pitman Arm' and the "Trailing Arm Connecting Link" are the same thing. The pitman arm does connect to the trailing arm...
To be sure, you should contact whomever you are thinking of ordering the parts from. Is it BMA? I think they list them as "Trailing Arm Connecting links" on the web, but call them up and they will be sure to get you the correct parts.
Other parts that wear out: Well, everything, eventually! The rear subframe mounts, shocks, trailing arm bushings, shock mounts, it all goes at some point. Sounds like you need to get under there and do a little analysis.
