    This shows the lineage of the later model 525, 530, 540 transmissions. Yes they are "sealed" and use the Esso ATF LT 71141 "lifetime" fluid.

    Default at 95k now, what about the concept of "don't disturb the crudd"

    I read a few posts in the past about the advantages of leaving the tranny alone if you made it this far...Also, does Bentley cover this procedure, or where's a good reference for pulling this off?
