Thread: dashboard display message

    Default dashboard display message

    When I touch the brake pedal after starting the car, the dashboard display messages "1 brake light". Both brake lights are working normally.
    Is this a lamp control module problem? There are no problems with intermittent headlights, which I understand is a telltale to LCM issues.

    Default Aha, you say both brakelights, how about the center mounted one in the rear window?

    Replaced bulb, problem solved.
