Electrical Experts: Bumper wiring harness

I did the obc retrofit a while ago, but still haven't managed to hook-up the outside temp sensor. I read on Johan and Seans E32 picture that there is a "bumper wiring harness connector" that powers the temp sensor and foglights. As shown in this pic.


I have found one half of a connector that looks exactly like the one in that pic, just next to the power steering reservoir, but there's nothing plugged into it!!! If this was what I'm looking for, I would assume the foglights would be plugged into it... Can I tell if the connector on my car is wired back to the obc??? If this is it, which pins are for the obc???

if you tell me in more detail where/what to look for i will tell you what clours ,sensor/foglight wiring i have on my car.....I need to get in there any way to fix my intensive clean system/headlight washers
