    welcome here, Syed
your E23 looks in pretty good shape.
You may try to get all the VIN details for your car, I hope that link also works on E23 cars

Thanks. Yeah the Vin decoding works, but no options listed. Car was built April '80. ECE RHD Manual.

Here are more pictures for you

Just thought of sharing a few pictures of my '81 735i Manual. Resurrecting her after 9 years parked in the garage due to faulty fuel pump...

    Original sport steering and leather

    Original leather

Rear electric reclining mechanism still works after 31 years...

    Original 5-speed

Rear seats looks like it never been sat on

    Spare METRIC fusch still there...

And finally... after a good wash...

    Hope you like it!

Too bad the wiring diagrams are for post '81 cars i.e. with Motronic injection. Mine is L-jetronic, very different.

    Thanks for the link though.

    also nice.
I checked more for your wiring diagrams, but also this ones starts with 1982 Free Phone System Manuals Voice Communications 800 593-6000
A bit of unluck that the options are not available from the online VIN decoder, looks like they started that only with the E32.

The car looks fantastic - and I watched the video - it sounds good too

I actually like the rims shown in the last image of the original post (though, thinking not gold - maybe gunmetal to go with that striking blue the car has).

Nice car. Much better condition than mine. Nice to see power rear seats. Why keep the 'TRX' spare? Weld three of those rims together and make a bar stool.
