As far as I know they will but if there is anything I should know about this setup and my e34 let me know. I would like to go with as big of rims as possible, up to 20 but i do not want to have to do anything but put them on. how big can i go as far as rims are concerned and what size would i have to go on the tires ?
please lemme know...

That setup will fit and looks great on E34. However, you might want to lower your car since 18" or larger wheels look jacked up if it isn't lowered (my opinion). I won't go anything bigger than 18" unless you want bent rims.

I have just put some 19" E60 5 Series wheels on my 525 and they fit without any modifications (the car has been lowered with a Bilstein Suspension Kit) i am using 245 35 19 Tyres.
