Default Cylinder wall/bore distances BMW blocks

I have an old damaged M50b20 engine block from a friend in my garage.
Got curios about how 'thick' are the cylinder walls between bores.

Got on the M50b20 ~ 10 mm ( i will try to find the official value)
So again got curios what about other engines from BMW.

This is what i got for now:

    M88/3, S38b35, S38b36, - 6,6 mm ( E28 M5/E24 M635Csi/M6 , E34 M5 )
    S38b38 - 5,4 mm ( E34 M5 )
    S50b32 - 4 mm ( E36 M3 3,2 )
    S62b50 - 4 mm ( E39 M5, E52 Z8 )
    S54b32 - 3,5 mm !! ( E46 M3 )

    Does anyone know about these?
    M50b25
    M70b50
    M60b40
    M20b25
    M30b35
M10 the 1499 cc version and the M10b18 (from the E30 318i for example)
    M54b25 and b30

    S14 (E30 M3 ) 2,3 L and the 2,5 L

And does anyone know what is the thickest wall clearence on an bmw block?
    Maybe the early M30s with 2,5 L ?

    Thank you.
