Lucky you. You will need the E38 mounting brackets Everything fits with no problem. Of course you will have to buy the E38 rotors and pads.
The only problem with this is the brake pedal. I believe people who did this have a low brake pedal height and mushy feeling. I can't remember what was the solution to fix this problem. I think it was to use the master cylinder from E38 or larger one that fits on the E34.
Shogun would know about this.. check out his website. Bruno is supposed to have this on his website but he took it off.
Oh ok, that seems easy enough, bigger master is no issue, as for room in the wheels, iv got 17"s so it should just make it..?

Brakes are not a weak point on e34. Even stockers can hold heat and are well sized. For tracking larger brakes are better, on yours you can easily put (bolt on) 540 (4mm thicker) brakes without changing master cylinder or changing feel.
That said, 540 rears are also the same diameter, but thicker and vented You get a lot more heat capacity, larger sizes are not needed unless you are goingand upping power etc. But you must bleed them with the right procedure/pressure bleeder else it will all be for nought!
