At the LKQ yard in Holland MI is a 12 cylinder that has Alpina ground effects all the way around. They appear to be fiberglass and need some repair but aren't totally trashed. The motor hasn't been picked over yet. I'd give it two weeks. Body parts are in pretty good shape. They have a 1994 740 in good shape also.
