Mullee: Front Power seat Removal Help!!!!!!

Found some primo seats in 1990 735il in DA BONE YARD for my 88 750il. no power how would I remove them? What pins/wires would I have to put power to to raise them to access the Torx bolts? This is my first Bimmer so please go easy, thanks.

Thanks for your help. What wound up working the easiest was this:
1. Unplug connector from the seat motor. (Up/ Down or tilt)
2. Hook up the negative of a a power source ( 12v Dry cell jumper pack) to the chassis ground and the Hot to either pin. (Used Test lead from ohm meter)
3. Use other test lead to ground the other pin in the connector. (Switch pins to reverse direction)
4. Seat moves or tilts.
