DIY engine mount/tranny mount E34 - M20 525i

Can a guy with fairly good mech skills tackle this job, I dont have a lift, anyone that has done the job care to comment , give advise??

thanks , no wonder I could not find it in bently!, so the tranny mounts are similar?? I cant find that in the bently either!

Do I have to drop the exhaust system

to do the tranny mounts)
