2nd try is when you selected WPA... is it WPA or WPA2?
Go for the WPA2-PSK (Personal)
Add: Reminder DHCP is on
router address is 192.168.11.1
Wireless channel... try channel 8.
In Advanced Wireless menu:
AUthentication... select Shared Key... or Open... but don't use auto... to see if ipod like this config better.
Basic Rate set to "ALL"
Secure Easy Setup: Disable.
