I seem to remember the CD43 uses an updated data bus or something? I was told that swapping a CD43 into the E31 wont work with the old changer because it had an older headunit.

So what can I do with this TR1003 Cd Changer? I have an aftermarket headunit and Im looking to get the CD43 sometime soon.
