    That was not Russia, but that sort of behavior is pretty characteristic of the morons who drive on Russian roads. Anything from using the shoulder in traffic to passing traffic by using the opposite-direction lanes is pretty normal. This road rage was caused by the fact that someone decided to block the shoulder so the morons couldn't pass up other traffic illegally...

    This has been around a while and almost certainly staged. Previously the video quality was much better. Perhaps the crap video is to lend an air of authenticity.
