I have Racing Dynamics front and rear sway bars. The back mounts on the trailing arms have wallowed out to the point that the links are quite loose and emits a very annoying rattle. Do I need to weld a fender washer on each side to restore the original hole location or is there something else to try? I can wiggle the sway bar links quite a bit by hand. I have H&R springs and adjustable Konis.

The bolts move up and down on the brackets welded to the rear trailing arms. I think it's more than just bushings. That would be too easy. Although you get a "too easy" project at least once in your car life don't you? I'm thinking the holes are well wallowed and elongated. I may have to fabricate complete brackets that are more suited to the application.
