    damn I have a failure as well. I just saw a river of coolant down from under the main console

    do you have to remove the main dash structure to remove the heater core?

    square nut so you dont need a socket or anything to hols it down as you tighten the bolt side... this explains why yours got all messed up, nice catch!

    hey realoem says I should have a square nut where there is a hex nut in this photo. What do you have there, do you have the same pipes?

    what do you mean by 'main dash structure'? you have to remove everything in the photos above except maybe the glovebox.
