those three holes are for the anchors that you use when installing child safety seats.
still got a nut in the central one after the last owner had kids. cant find a simple black cap to cover it
I have the hooks installed. I should take a pic and post it up...
Center position is for the police lights, the side positions are for band pass speakers. As JD says the screw grommets are for the gold poles same relation in size as the band pass speakers.
